Northeastern Nevada’s Coldwell Banker office was founded by Lois and Mike Nannini in 1991, in Elko Nevada. The Nannini family, from Wells, Nevada, have been pillars of our community since the 1950s. After building a very successful and service-driven real estate brokerage, Lois and Mike sold Coldwell Banker Nannini Realty to its current Broker/ Owner, James Q. Winer in 2002. Universally respected in the Elko business community, Jim’s other distinctions include two terms as President of the Elko County Association of REALTORS®, serving on the board of the Chamber of Commerce for 12 years with one term as its president, and serving on the Great Basin College Foundation board for over 15 years.
In 2006, the growing and expanding Coldwell Banker brokerage was moved into its current larger offices at 700 Idaho Street and the name was changed to Coldwell Banker Q-Team Realty.
In 2009, Coldwell Banker Q-Team Realty merged with Algerio Realtors, a local family-owned real estate brokerage of 28 years, and became Coldwell Banker Algerio/Q-Team Realty. Always seeking to better serve the real estate needs of the community, in 2010 we expanded into Spring Creek, our sister community, with a branch office, and have agents who live and work in Carlin, Wells and West Wendover.
With over 40 agents and staff members and two conveniently located offices, Coldwell Banker Algerio/Q-Team Realty is Northeastern Nevada’s largest and premier real estate brokerage, assisting over 500 families with their real estate needs each year.
